おしらせ

  • 先週から、「コロナウイルス時代を前進する教会として」の第4段階へと前進いたしました。このため、参加者は席を予約する必要はなく、誰でも参加できます。安全性を重視し、Social Distancingを充分に保てるレベルで、両方の礼拝で、約半分ほどのキャパシティの40名迄、参加者の上限を増やします。
  • 本日の礼拝後に、お交わりの時を３０分ほど持ちますので、ご興味のあられる方々は、残ってお交わり下さいませ。
  • 台湾教会からの要請により、続けてファイス・カバー（マスク等）を屋内の礼拝でご着用頂きますように、ご協力をお願いいたします。
  • 西牧師から：先週は、カードやプレゼント、テキスト等で、誕生日を祝っていただきありがとうございました。素晴らしい方々に牧師として仕えさせていただけ、感謝と謙虚な気持ちで心が一杯です。

Weekday Online Small Groups (Access to Zoom as the same way as Sunday)

  • Prayer group: every Wednesday at 4:30pm
  • Bible study group: 1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesday at 7:00pm (next one is Wednesday, June 2nd)
  • Praise & Prayer hour: every Friday at 7:00pm

  • From last Sunday, we moved onto the Phase 4 on “moving forward as a church in COVID 19 era.” This means that attendees do not have to reserve your seat any more to attend. We’ll also increase the attendance capacity to accommodate anyone who would like to attend while maintaining ample social distancing and our best safety practice at around 50% capacity, 40 people.
  • Pastor Nishi thanks you for birthday greetings, cards, gifts, etc. He is humbly grateful for wonderful people that he gets to serve as the pastor.
  • Per request of FPC, please wear a face cover of some type. The church has several types of face covers and masks to accommodate your preference.
  • July is the month of prayer. Here is the list of worship songs that you can use to accompany your prayer time
  • We encourage you to value relationships with each other. Please call, write, text or whatever the way you can do to stay connected especially among your small groups. If you need to have an online/virtual meetings for prayer, fellowship, and Bible study, please feel free to let pastor know. Our video calling system is available for you to use as well.

    • 1. approval of new trustees: Sis Ono, Sis Matsumura, and Bro Yamada.
    • 2. approval of the church’s bylaw.

  • By the request of Formosan Presbyterian Church, we are asking you to continue to wear a face covering (such as a mask, face shield, etc) in our indoor gathering. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • On Wednesday, May 26th at 7:30pm, we had our bi-monthly meeting on Zoom. At this meeting, we have decided to ratify new trustees and church by-laws on June business meeting.
  • We will have the business meeting on today around 1pm between AM and PM gatherings in-house and zoom. We intend to finish by 1:20pm. Ratification will be done by the voice vote. For this time only, we are allowing an absentee ballot. If you desire to vote via an absentee vote, please contact Pastor Nishi by 11am on 13th. We’ll have a time of appreciation for Bro Matsumura and Sis Ai who have fulfilled the term of trustees. For new trustees, we’ll ratify Sis Miyako Ono, Sis Hoyo Matsumura and Bro Tatsu Yamada.   • 5月26日に、午後7時半からZoomで定例会を行いました。この会で、新しいTrusteesの承認と教会のBylawの最終承認を6月のBusiness Meetingで行う事が決定いたしました。

Weekday Online Small Groups (Access to Zoom as the same way as Sunday)

  • Prayer group: every Wednesday at 4:30pm
  • Bible study group: 1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesday at 7:00pm (next one is Wednesday, June 2nd)
  • Praise & Prayer hour: every Friday at 7:00pm

  • By the request of Formosan Presbyterian Church, we are asking you to continue to wear a face covering (such as a mask, face shield, etc) in our indoor gathering. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Please note that our usual bathroom is not available. Please use other bathroom.
  • On this past Wednesday, May 26th at 7:30pm, we had our bi-monthly meeting on Zoom. At this meeting, we have decided to ratify new trustees and church by-laws on June business meeting.
  • We will have the business meeting on Sunday. June 13th around 1pm between AM and PM gatherings in-house and zoom. Ratification will be done by the voice vote. For this time only, we are allowing an absentee ballot. If you desire to vote via an absentee vote, please contact Pastor Nishi by 11am on 13th. We’ll have a time of appreciation for Bro Matsumura and Sis Ai who have fulfilled the term of trustees. For new trustees, we’ll ratify Sis Miyako Ono, Sis Hoyo Matsumura and Bro Tatsu Yamada. We will also ratify our church bylaw. If you have any question, please feel free to let Pastor Nishi know. You may review the bylaw by clicking the download button below.

  • Please continue to pray for the full recovery from pneumonia for Sis Helen Nakamoto and Sis Aya Williams.
  • We encourage you to value relationships with each other. Please call, write, text or whatever the way you can do to stay connected especially among your small groups. If you need to have an online/virtual meetings for prayer, fellowship, and Bible study, please feel free to let pastor know. Our video calling system is available for you to use as well.
