Saturday, April 14^th

• 8:00am – set up team arrives and begin to bring things in
• 8:30am – Booth set up begins
• 9:00am – all scheduled items to be arrived
• 9:30am – opening prayer >> volunteer assignments
• 9:45am – completing the set up
• 11:00am – Manga Bible drawing (4 Bibles each)
• 12:00pm – Manga Bible drawing (4 Bibles each)
• 1:00pm – Manga Bible drawing (4 Bibles each)
• 2:00pm – Manga Bible drawing (4 Bibles each)
• 3:00pm – Manga Bible drawing (4 Bibles each)
• 6:00pm – closing the booth and begin to prepare for the overnight

Sunday, April 15^th

• 9:00am – Sunday AM coordinator to arrive to adjust/prepare the booth for the day
• 9:30am – opening prayer
• 9:45am – completing the set up
• 2:30pm – Sunday PM team arrive
• 2:40pm – Sunday Am team is dismissed
• 5:45pm – may begin to tear down if appropriate
• 6:00pm – closing the booth
